Construction update of Paradise Place by October 2021

The construction of Paradise Place takes place within the announced deadlines and the complex is already beginning to reveal its impressive appearance - ventilated suspended facade with travertine and limestone cladding, copper roofs, wooden windows with three-layer glued selected profile "Muenchinger".

The following activities are to take place in the next few weeks:

• Installation of a ventilated suspended facade with travertine and limestone cladding "cream extra building B west and building D north;

• Installation of pitched roofs with copper sheet building D;

• Installation of plasterboard (Knauf system) in buildings A and C;

• Laying cotton wool for sound insulation Steprock HD 150 kg / m3 on the floor in dry rooms building A;

• Laying cement screed in apartments building A;

• Installation of metal railings with anti-corrosion paint Zinga building A and C;

• Laying of TPO / FPO (PE) waterproofing membrane KÖSTER with a thickness of 2 mm, reinforced with a fiberglass insert, laid by welding with hot air membrane on the roofs of buildings A and C;

• Laying gypsum plaster in buildings B and D.
