Paradise Place complex with 2 awards from the competition "Building of the Year 2023"

Paradise Place premium complex received two major awards at this year's Building of the Year 2023 ceremony. The event, organized by City Media Group, took place on December, 14 at Sofia Event Center, and Paradise Place project was awarded in the categories "Residential complexes of multi-family buildings" and "Building of the Year 2023 - People's Choice Award".

The awards were accepted by Kiril Kirilov, Executive Director of Paradise Place, the designer arch. Hristo Penchev, Executive Director of ProArch Studio and arch. Ivo Dikov, owner and manager of Elite Building Company - contractor of Paradise Place. The ceremony was also attended by Nicola Stoyanov, founder and owner of LUXIMMO and BARNES Bulgaria, and Iliyana Bratovanova, leading sales consultant for the project.

Paradise Place was completed in June 2023 and has already welcomed its first residents. It boasts key location - on the second line of Cherni Vrah Blvd., within walking distance from Paradise Center, Vitosha metro station, South Park, children's and educational institutions.
