The construction of Paradise Place complex in Sofia is at the final stage
The construction of the elite complex Paradise Place is progressing rapidly and it's completion and the permission for use (Act 16) is expected to be received by the end of 2022.
At the end of August and the beginning of September, the following construction works are carried out:
Vertical layout around building A:
• Placing concrete for slope
• Installation of waterproofing
• Protective concrete over waterproofing
Laying of ground concrete building A, D and G basement
Polishing of sanded concrete building C
Finishing works of common parts in building A and C:
• installation of stone flooring in common parts - Turkish Daino - flooring and steps
• putty and paint
• railing installation
• installation of apartment door frames
Installation of an elevator in building B
Installation of 6 cm wool with a veil in basements on the ceiling under the residential part of building B
Installation of metal railings with anti-corrosion paint Zinga building B and D
About the complex
Paradise Place is one of the most luxurious complexes in Sofia. It is located within walking distance of South park and Loven park, as well as just minutes by car from Vitosha mountain.
