The concept for this green and smart "Town Home" was created by the nationally renowned I/O Architects, and is filled with a surgical focus on the meeting of sustainability and design. Every decision in the building has been made with the absolute comfort and peace of mind of its inhabitants in mind, achieved through careful selection of natural materials, fine art by emerging and established Bulgarian artists from various disciplines, and five-star service from the staff.

The unique façade is perhaps the most recognisable element of the building - constructed from a specially treated steel alloy that patinas naturally over time and is the only one of its kind globally with mobile elements. These heavy motorised shutters perform a heap of functions beyond the aesthetic - helping to make homes more energy efficient and thermoregulated, providing privacy and giving occupants the ability to gently direct natural light into the design spaces they have the pleasure of living in.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and enjoys comfort, light and distinctive details. The property offers a living room and bedroom, double bed and sofa, kitchenette and dining table, bathroom.

Each home in the building is fully equipped with absolutely everything a household needs, including the things we often forget about.

There is a concierge as well as staff who take care of cleaning the apartments twice a week.

The apartments are available for both short-term and long-term rentals, with a minimum rental period of one month. Underground parking spaces are also available, accessed by a car lift, at a cost of 200 euros per month excluding VAT.
