Varna

The city of Varna is located in the northeastern part of Bulgaria, on the Black Sea coast and is the third largest city in the country with a population of about 330,000 people. It is located 470 km northeast of Sofia and a highway connects the two cities. Because of its history and economic and cultural importance, Varna is often called the maritime capital of Bulgaria.
